Good afternoon Kyle,
Please find the attached redesigned impact plan along with culvert calculations for the SunEnergy Jamesville Road Solar
Project. The culvert has been shifted approximately 10-12' to the west from the original placement to better align with
the current stream channel. This has also reduced the proposed impact to 105 If (rather than 116 If). Headwalls have
been added to both ends of the culvert pipe. Please let me know if you require any additional information. We look
forward to hearing from you.
Thank you,
Danielle

Danielle,
I have major concerns that the inlet end of the culvert will have severe erosion issues. There will be unstable soil at that
point where the old channel was filled in and there is no headwall. The slopes from the upstream watershed are steep
and the flashiness of that system has potential to compromise the crossing. Please describe how you will address this
issue.
With this issue your PCN request is incomplete.

Good afternoon Kyle,
Please see the attached road crossing exhibit from the applicant's engineer. I double-checked with the engineer and
because the stream is slightly angled at the impact location, the total impact to the stream is 116 linear feet even though
the proposed pipe length and outlet protection totals 110 linear feet. There are no other impacts to the stream that are
not quantified in the PCN. I did check the scale on the attached document and it appears to be correct. Please let me
know if you require any additional information or documentation for your review.
Thank you!

Danielle,
I've reviewed the PCN and everything is complete. The only part I'm not following is the total impact length. You indicate
781f of pipe and 321f of rip rap outlet protection. The PCN indicates 1161f of impacts but your total as indicated on EX2.0
is 1101f. The scale on the EX2.0 sheet is slightly off so scaling the document is not going to be right. Are there other
impacts that aren't quantified in the PCN?
