Afternoon all,
Please see attached documents concerning a minor modification request for CAMA Permit #16-16. The DWR project # is
15-1260. This project has been modified from an earlier proposal that you may have reviewed recently and included rip
rap and oyster sills. This current modification replaces the previous submittal. Please see below for a summary of
proposed development.
1. Construct a 96ft x 24ft two story residence with decking
2. 1,276.4 square foot concrete driveway and parking area
3. 161 foot wooden bulkhead
