This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Hertford County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to
Wiccacon River (Hoggard Swamp), Stream Index No. 25-14, Chowan River Basin.

Existing 30" X 44' RCP will be replaced by a 36" X 46' CAP at N 36.303384° W
76.873106°.
