Project Location: Site is located between Charlotte Street & Shallotte Blvd., along 4th & 5th Street,
between the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, within the
Town of Ocean Isle Beach, in Brunswick County
Proposed Project: The applicant proposes to expand the existing subdivision by adding 32 additional
lots, two additional roads (4th & 5th Street), sidewalks and associated utilities and
stormwater systems.
