On September 7, 2017, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a site review at the subject
facility. This site review was conducted to insure discontinued use of domestic wastewater
treatment package plant and connection onto non -discharge septic system. During the onsite
visit, it was noted that subject package plant was pumped out and removed on September 18,
2017. Enclosed is a copy of the letter from the NC Operators Certification Program, classifying
the subject facility as Grade 1 Physical -Chemical Water Pollution Control Treatment System
(PC -1). We wish to thank your operating staff for their assistance regarding this inspection.

In accordance with North Carolina General Statute § 90A-37, the Water Pollution Control System Operators
Certification Commission is required to classify all water pollution control systems
Upon review of the subject permit and after discussion with the DWR's Mooresville Regional Office staff the
Water Pollution Control System Operators Certification Commission has determined that the subject facility is
classified as follows
• Grade 1 Physical -Chemical Water Pollution Control Treatment System (PC -1) [15A NCAC 08G 0302(f)]
