This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be stabilizing a stream bank in Hyde
County under Nationwide Permit 13 conditions. Location is on Gray Ditch, Stream Index
No. 29-60-4, Tar-Pamlico River Basin. The location is within an AEC, and under DCM’s
jurisdiction. A CAMA General permit has been issued, and a copy is attached.

200 linear feet of shoulder will be stabilized with Class B stone at N 35.474802° W
76.073470°, as shown in the attached permit drawings.
