Company LP ("MPC") owns and operates the Petroleum Bulk Storage and Distribution Terminal
located at the above -referenced location. The facility is covered under NPDES Permit
NC0088960. The permit is set to expire March 31, 2018. Blanchard is requesting that the permit
be renewed. Included in this renewal is the following:
