Impact 51.1 (43 lf) is for the impact associated with the riprap apron at the first crossing. Andy, Sue asked that I include the offline riprap apron associated with the first crossing as an impact. This brings the total permanent impacts to mitigatable channels to 146 lf, which is still below the mitigation thresh hold. Both, Let me know if you have any additional questions.
