Dear DWQ:
I am submitting this letter on behalf of my client CCF Associates I, LP & Whitener to
verify our intent to submit revised plans and calculations based upon the comment letter
we received from your office dated September 30, 2008.
WK Dickson is currently working with our client to prepare the requested Stormwater
Management Plan (SMP). We have been able to revise the plans and application based
upon the comments of Barry Love. We are currently working on a Best Management
Practice Design that will remove a minimum of 85 percent TSS as requested by Annette
Lucas. We are also working on a conceptual stormwater management plan for the
remainder of the site.
Please accept this letter as our intent to address your comments and provide the requested
information within the next 45 calendar days. Thank you for your understanding in this
