This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0043125. You were present for this inspection. The system was discharging at the time of the inspection; samples must be obtained; flows must be estimated and submittal of monitoring reports are required per the permit.
