Alternative L minimization
Ross,
I would like to explore the potential of the attached line revisions.
I believe you mentioned PCS had been looking at some options as well. My
graphics capabilities are limited - the documents may have to be viewed in
"Print Layout" to make the lines work. The red lines would be the proposed
outer disturbance limit. The blue lines on NCPC are approximately the old
"outer disturbance limits", I drew them in in blue in two locations because
they were difficult to see.
