List the total estimated linear feet of all existing streams (intermittent and perennial) on the property: 50' 3e. Explain the purpose of the proposed project: This project is intended to repair the eroded stream and to improve the flow of the stream, this will also reduce flooding in the area and the silting of the ditch. 3f. Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used: The project will consist regrading approximately 30 feet of stream bank to a 2:1 slope and stabilize the bank with Filtrexx Grosox. The way the stream has eroded there will some fill needed for the stream bank and that soil will be of a mix that can be compacted. The work on this project will stay above the natural high water mark of the stream. We will revegetate the stream bank with native grasses and live plants. The grading of the stream will be performed with an excavator. Attached is a detail for the Filtrexx product. 4. Jurisdictional Determinations 4a.
