Describe the attachments:
Although the project will cross an inland designated water body, Campbell's Creek, DCM fisheries
recommends an April 1- September 30 moratorium on in-water work to protect larval and juvenile finfish
during the summer growing season. This area of Campbell's has the same habitat as the area designated as
PNA (primary nursery area) downstream of the project area and supports the same coastal species such as
blue crab, shrimp, red drum, and speckled trout.
