Dear Ms. Homewood,
We have responded to each of your comments and made addenda or corrections as necessary
on the attached documents and plans.
1. Lot 3 will be accessed by a private drive between lots 3 and 4. We have added this to the Lot
Layout.
2. Although the road base is native onsite material from the adjacent cut, itwill be removed from
the impacted wetland in orderto re-establish pre construction contours. Ditching that is
proposed to be filled will be filled with existing onsite soil material that is closely matched with
the existing material in the jurisdictional area. The existing material is a complex of weathered
alluvial stone and highly organic soil material.
3. We have clarified on the plan sheet that no disturbance shall occur outside of the area disturbed
by the construction. i.e. the restoration boundary is distinct from the entire jurisdictional area.
4. A construction sequence is attached.
5. Exact widths of the Scenic river walkway have been identified on the plan sheet. The walkway
will be a natural trail that will occur in the wetland area and will utilized hydric soils and
permanent woody vegetation The Plat with the walkway will be recorded as a common area
walkway for the SD.
6. As submitted in the vegetation plan permanent woody vegetation will be established and we are
prepared to monitor the site for 3 years.

North Fork Estates Wetland Restoration
Construction Sequence and Notes
1. Engineer and consultants will flag the restoration limits, "noting the areas of no impact"
2. Conduct a pre-construction conference with the owner, engineer, contractor, and DENR
Representatives.
3. Mobilize water safe track hoe equipment to Northern extent of the restoration
4. Install Silt Fence as required by land quality for erosion and sediment control.
5. Remove fill material from on top of northern pipes to previous site grade on road way and
redistribute and stabilize material on the existing road bed greater than 50 feet from the
jurisdictional area.
6. Install silt fence, seed, apply nutrients, and mulch excess fill material.
7. Fill In existing inline Northern sediment traps with existing hydric material.
8. Remove both northern pipes.
9. Working south back up the road. Remove compacted road base and stabilize in northern road
10. As directed by the engineers select hydric material to reestablish existing contours and fill in any
ditching.
11. Remove southern most pipes, while working equipment and supplies out of the area, as to not
compact the soil.
12. Reestablish previous contours with material as directed by the engineer.
13. Maintain erosion control measures and rainfall records on a daily basis.
14. Seed with Ernst wetland mountain mix and mulch at rates indicated in the plan
15. Plant Native woody and herbaceous vegetation as indicated in the plan.
