Patrick - I concur that the three species listed are good substitutes for those
originally planned. Based on our conversation, I understand that you also discussed
these substitutions with the Corps and they agreed to them as well. I'll put this
information in our file on this end. We don't need anything more formal than this.

Parkway and the nurseries have indicated that not all the plants that were shown
in the approved planting plan are available at this time.
