This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be stabilizing a shoreline in Pasquotank
County under Nationwide Permit 13 conditions. Location is on Charles Creek, Stream
Index No. 30-3-11, Pasquotank River Basin. The location is within an AEC, and under
DCM’s jurisdiction. A CAMA General permit has been issued, and a copy is attached.

Total of 115 linear feet of shoulder will be stabilized at two sites with Class B stone at N
36.29300° W 76.21756°, as shown in the attached permit drawings.
