That said, they had a last minute change to their plans. DOT required them to upsize the culvert from a 48" RCP that was permitted to a 66" CMP w/ sills. There is no change to the stream, wetland or buffer impacts. Just a change to the culvert design. As a reminder, they aligned to road to cross at an existing crossing that had a failing, undersized pipe. Attached are the revised plans. I also attached the permitted plans for your convenience. Please confirm receipt of these plans and whether any additional information or action are required by the permittee to proceed with the revised design. Thanks!
