Regarding NWP General Condition #13, the language regarding returning affected areas to pre-construction elevations is fine in this case. Please confirm (from REU?) the seed mix being placed within the temp wetland impact areas so I can specify in a Special Condition. No need to spell out the individual species included in the mix, as long as it's one of NCDOT's standard mixes that we can reference. -Dave Bailey --- David E. Regarding the requested information for the temporary wetland impact removal, please see Nationwide Permit General Condition #13: "Removal of Temporary Fills. Temporary fills must be removed in their entirety and the affected areas returned to pre- construction elevations. The affected areas must be revegetated, as appropriate". This is the same verbiage we would provide, but as it is a General Condition, NCDOT will abide by the condition. Thanks Bill William A.
