We do not object to the proposed project and concur with the trout moratorium and design standards in
sensitive watersheds indicated in the application as we previously requested. We also appreciate replacing
the bridge with another spanning structure and ensuring protections for the Appalachian Elktoe downstream
and the northern long-eared bat.
