Subject: Hertford SR 1163 Pinetops Road Pipe Replacement Courtesy Notification
This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Hertford County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on Painter
Swamp, Stream Index No. 25-4-8-5, Chowan River Basin. The dewatering operation will
have a temporary stream impact of 25 linear feet.
Existing 60" X 40' CMP will be replaced by a 103" X 71" X 50' CAPA at N 36.408783° W
77.138180°.
