Location is on Cutawhiskie Swamp, Stream Index No. 25-4-8-8, Chowan River Basin. Existing (2) 54" X 65' CMP's will be replaced by (2) 54" X 60' CMP's at N 36.277190° W 77.260126°. Dewatering operation will impact approximately 25 linear feet of stream, and a silt bag will be utilized for dewatering. Permit Drawings are attached.
