I got your message and have been following up with one of the other engineers. We double checked the drawings and
the area. The exhibit is correct. There is a typo on the PCN application. The actual.zone 1 buffer area is 2322..sf. We
updated page 5 of the.PCN and have attached it.
Also,we are just grading and stabilizing the area in zone 2 with seeding and matting if slopeis greater than 4:1.
