Comment: Impact approved was for permanent riprap pad below culvert. Temporary
sediment control measure has-
been installed within footprint. Unable to determine if impact length is the same without as-built/survey
data. Sediment loss has impacted about 500 feet of downstream channel with about 1/2" laver of
sediment present througout.
