as per your email request to Al Hodge regarding the B/S/H Logistics Site I offer the
following:
The State Stormwater requirements for this site have been meet in the SW application
and
was permitted. In addition, the nutrient removal rate for the BMPs proposed
have more than met the 30~ minimum removal requirement for this project.

please have your staff confirm that the modified Stormwater plan outlined in the
August 16 letter from Michael Rice from Bob Chiles and Associates meets the
Stormwater treatment conditions for the 401 Certification as we discussed several
weeks ago. An email will suffice. Once that occurs, i'll modify the 401. thankx
