Please provide additional information for the following items: 1- Rutman Creek at this location is Section 10 Waters. Please modify the PCN application to indicate this is a Section 10 request. 2- As indicated in Condition #23(c) of the Nationwide Permit (NWP) 3 wetland losses that exceed 0.10 acres will require mitigation at a ratio no less than one-to-one. Please provide information as to how the permanent impacts to 0.15 acres of riparian wetlands will be mitigated. 3- Section C(2)(g) of the PCN indicates that the total impacts to wetlands will be 0.26 acres. After tallying the combined impacts the total equates 0.266. Please make this modification to the PCN. Once you have made the changes please submit the information for further processing.
