RETURN.
The Request for More Information Letter sent on October 24, 2008 stated,
"For each proposed BMP, please provide a completed BMP Supplement
Form, with all the required items. The BMP Supplement Forms are
available at the following web site:
http://h2o.enr.state.ti.c.us/su/bmp_forms.htm." Your most recent submittal
for this project failed to provide the Required Items Checklist portion of
the BMP Supplement Form as well as numerous required items.
2. Per NCAC 2B 15A: 02H.1000, a "drainage area" is defined as "the entire
area contributing surface runoff to a single point." The drainage area map
and impervious calculations do not reflect an inventory of the impervious
surfaces at every outfall as required.
