If this project DOES require a Stormwater Management Plan, then provide a brief, narrative description of the plan: The project consists of the bridge replacement of Bridge #320045 over White Oak Swamp in Edgecombe County. The proposed stormwater runoff from the proposed bridge has been conveyed to storm drainage systems that outlet inside of the buffers. Grass swale treatment is not feasible due to the jurisdictional stream parallel with the roadway. It should also be noted that there are no deck drains and thus no direct discharge into the creek. 1c. What is the overall percent imperviousness of this project? % 1d.
