The impact amount and location is not changing. There was an error on the ECP plan. That plan is being resubmitted
tomorrow to DEMLR with the rip -rap dissipater outside of any jurisdictional water areas.

Please confirm the limit of impact for E5 1,072 If. The Erosion Control Plan for the subject area shows a riprap
dissipator downstream of the existing road crossing. Is this still within the limit of impact approved in the
