Regarding the 401 Water Quality permit for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline. This permit is being rushed and should only be given if the plan is truly protective of NC's waters. As it stands now, it is not protective and is NOT ready for approval. Please support denial of this permit and do not permit rushing of the process. 2. Regarding ACP request to expedite approval from FERC: Please also do what you can to support the process without rushing. 3. Additionally, the ACP is full of disadvantages for the environment, sustainable economics, and our state. Please keep this in mind when making decisions. Thank you, Lauren Nyland Resident
