Please provide calculations of the storage volume that will be provided by the underground storage system, and design details of the pump system. Please provide calculations that show that the pumped stormwater will be discharged to the adjacent wetland at non-erosive velocities. On plan sheet C5.0 the "proposed underground detention" is identified with a note to refer to the Grading Plan. On plan sheet C6.0, Grading Plan, the same storm pipes are identified in the legend as "existing storm pipe". Please clarify existing storm pipes versus new storm pipes and ensure that any existing stormwater that is directed to the "underground detention" is accounted for in the storage calculations. Please provide specific construction drawings for the riprap level spreader and provide calculations to document that stormwater that sheet flows through this area will be non-erosive.
