Dear Ms. Georgoulias,
In receiving additional information concerning stormwater discharge from mulch piles we have
decided to do away with the mulch pile and remove all mulching activities from the property. Our
understanding is that if all of this is removed we will not need any NPDES permits. If our
understanding is not correct please advise as soon as possible.
We would also like to request that the $100.00 fee that was paid with our application for the
permit we don't need be returned to us.
