application: The project site is at the existing Pitt -Greenville Airport. The surrounding land use is a mix of unimproved land to
land that supports businesses and/or residences.

3d. Explain the purpose of the proposed project: The existing airport has a perimeter road which is in various states of
disrepair and will be improved for reliable use. No wetlands are being impacted by this work; however, eight areas have
structures that may have been damaged during the project. The applicant proposes to repair/replace the currently serviceable
structures for continued use as originally constructed.
