If they haven't sent it yet, can you tell me which HUCs they propose to fulfill the mitigation from? Thanks. -Dave Bailey David E. I received your voicemail regarding NCDMS providing compensatory mitigation, but that those credits may come from other 8 digit HUCs in the Roanoke basin. Typically, in cases where alternative compensatory mitigation is not available/feasible, we would accept out-of-HUC mitigation, but would increase (typically double) the mitigation ratio; i.e. requiring 4:1 mitigation vs. 2:1, or 2:1 mitigation vs. 1:1. That being said, I'll check with Jean and our mitigation group this afternoon and reply back with our requirements. Sorry for the delay, but I appreciate the update. -Dave Bailey David E.
