singular, plural, masculine, feminine or neuter as required by context.
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for a valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has and
by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee in fee simple, all that certain parcel of land situated in
Cumberland County, North Carolina and more particularly described as follows:
4.176 acres, being all of Tract "A" as shown on a plat entitled "Physical Survey of: Deed Book 6893, Page 229, for George
Biju", same being duly recorded in Book 138, Page 132, Cumberland County Registry, North Carolina. Please see "Exhibit
A" attached hereto for a more complete and accurate description.
The land is the same property described in Deed Book 6893 at Page 229, Cumberland County Registry. See also Estate of
Mabel McDaniel Darden (who died on December 9, 2012) administered in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of
Cumberland County, North Carolina and assigned Estate Number 2013-E-71. See also the deed in Deed Book 357 and Page
83 and the Estate of R.E. Williford (Robert Earl Williford), who died on March 27, 1966 in Cumberland County, North
Carolina.
Mabel McDaniel Darden (also known as Mabel M. Darden and Mable Williford Darden) was formerly Mabel M. Williford.
Martha W. Zollicoffer was formerly Martha Alice Williford and later, Martha Williford Jenkins.
