Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project:* Grassed shoulders and flattened roadway embankments are utilized throughout the project to the extent practicable to provide passive stormwater treatment for roadway runoff. Also, e�asting drainage patterns are maintained and vegetated ditches are proposed to promote sedimentation, filtration and infiltration.The alignment of the proposed RCBC was set parallel to the existing stream centerline and minimizes upstream and downstream impacts. All disturbed areas will be seeded with the appropriate seasonal seed mixtures. Proposed upstream and downstream channel improvements will be stabilized with a combination of Class 'll' Rip Rap and Coir Fiber Matting. While permanent site vegetation is being established, erosion control matting will be utilized to minimize erosion. Also, erosion control matting will be utilized on 2:1 slopes. 1b.
