Brad & Joanne, attached are the permit drawings and approved CAMA GP for the
replacement of Bridge No. 142 over Kings Creek on SR 1534 (Holly Ridge Rd) in Onslow
County. WBS No. 17BP.3.R.47. The project will have 0.085 ac of permanent wetland
impacts and 36 lf of bank stabilization. The Division is proposing to construct this
project under NW 3/NW 13 and WQC 4085/WQC 4087. In accordance with USACE Final
2017 Regional Condition 2.3, we are providing you with a copy of the approved CAMA
permit and a courtesy copy of the permit drawings for your records.

If you have any questions or require any additional information, please do not hesitate
to contact me. This project is scheduled to be LET on September 28 with a date of
availability of November 27 so we will have an environmental preconstruction
meeting sometime in mid-November.
