Subject: Onslow Bridge 181 (17BP.3.R.46)

Brad & Joanne, attached are the permit drawings and approved CAMA GP for the
replacement of Bridge No. 181 over UT to Turkey Creek on SR 1518 (Old Folkstone Rd) in
Onslow County. WBS No. 17BP.3.R.46. The project will have 0.069 ac of permanent
wetland impacts and 0.011 ac of temporary wetland impacts. The Division is proposing
to construct this project under NW 3 and WQC 4085. In accordance with USACE Final
2017 Regional Condition 2.3, we are providing you with a copy of the approved CAMA
permit and a courtesy copy of the permit drawings for your records.

If you have any questions or require any additional information, please do not hesitate
to contact me. This project is scheduled to be LET on September 28 with a date of
availability of November 27 so we will have an environmental preconstruction
meeting sometime in mid-November.
