I have attached for your review the Cash Receipts Batch Details for Batch WT2008090401. I've included
the check copy as well.
The first submission was made November 10, 2004 with fee paid to CAMA and it was issued as a CAMA
(Coastal Area Management Assoc) project April 7, 2005. The second submission came in September 2,
2008 and included the $240 DWQ permitting fee.
The Washington Regional Office has indicated that this second submission was made in error.
I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $240.00 be made to:
