Jason,
I sent comments to Sue Homewood out of the Winston-Salem Reg
what the comments were:
Office on 11/19. Here is
1. Please remove the layer of mulch that was specified abo the
engineered soil media. Mulch is not needed for grassed
bioretention cells.
2. Please provide fertilizer and watering specifications to establish
the Bermuda grass.
3. Please reconfigure the underdrains so that they run the ntire
length of the bioretention cell.
4. Please provide details of the flow splitting device that conveys
stormwater drainage to the two proposed bioretention cel s as well
as the calculations that support the design of this devi e.
5. Please provide a construction sequence. The Required It ms
Checklist states that there is a construction sequence o C1203;
however, this is not present on the plans that were subm tted.
You should be receiving your letter soon. Sue may also be
to the letter.
