This letter is in reference to a 1.69 acre tract of land, located off H 'y 17, betiveen Quick Tech
and RPM Marine, just north of Hampstead, in Topsail Township, P rider County, North
Carolina. Sothern Environmental Group, Inc. (SEGi Project#: 07-065.01) applied for an
Isolated Wetland Permit from the Division of Water Quality (DW ), on behalf of Mr.
Jaganathan Gnanasekaran. DWQ responded with a "Request for M re Information" letter
dated Sep 12`h, 2008. In response to your letter, we have hired a su reyor, Mr. Paul Talbot
from Talbot Land Surveying cc., to obtain a topographic survey so he engineer, Mr. Brad
Sedgwick from JBS Consulting, can prepare a stormwater plan as requested by the DWQ. The
surveyor and engineer tell us that the plan will not be delivered to u until Dec 19"' 200S.
Therefore, we humbly ask for an extension until Jan 31" 2009, sot at we can provide the
DWQ with the information requested by the agency. We are asking for the extension until the
end of Januarv to account for holiday season delays and any delays or "Issues that. might arise
or occur with the associated parties or in the development of thew k product 1i-om the
surveyor er engineer.
