This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing two pipes in jurisdictional
areas in Gates County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT’s to
Goodman Swamp, Stream Index No. 25-17-1-1, Chowan River Basin.

Pipe #1: Existing 18" X 44' RCP will be replaced by a 24" X 45' CAP at N 36.533692° W
76.641947°.
Pipe #2: Existing 24" X 45' RCP will be replaced by a 30" X 45' CAP at N 36.534365° W
76.642689°.
