No formal comments are attached. NOTE - potential bridge number error. My GIS bridge layer indicates that
Bridge #448 is close to the project location, but on a different road (SR 2153, Trinity Church Road), which is
not a dead end road, and over an unnamed tributary. My GIS layer does not show a bridge at the project
location on SR 2154 (Gulledge Parker Road) over Buffalo Creek. Regardless, we are disappointed that
replacement with a spanning structure was never considered, according the CE. We do, however, appreciate
the reduction of the culvert length since the CE. No further comment.
