Subject: Sediment loss Bridge #36 Scotland Co. (DH00219)

We are reporting a sediment loss at project DH00219 Bridge #36 (McIntosh Rd) in
Scotland County. This is a NWP#3 project.

The estimated loss was between 1-2 cubic yards, resulting from a 1 inch rainfall
sometime this past weekend. Please note that this project is in a sandy area.

The contractor has already initiated cleanup ahead of today’s forecast rain event.
