In accordance with Section 108-7 of the 2012 Standard Specifications this letter will
provide a written order for temporary suspension of all work throughout the project
today (9/05/17 @ 545PM). The temporary suspension of work is necessary in order to
focus all efforts on erosion control to insure timely corrective action to achieve
environmental compliance.
NOTE:
Division Construction Engineer, Patty Eason, called you today to notify of the upcoming
written temporary suspension of work due to project in noncompliance with erosion
control.
Any operations without written authorization by the Department will be considered
"Unauthorized Work" as described in Section 105-12 of the 2012 Standard Specifications.
