Joanne, per your request, attached are revised permit drawings that clearly show the rip
rap outlet pad as fill rather than rip rap in HC. Sorry it took me a couple of days to get
this to you, but I had to send the first revision back because they changed all of the MC
& HC to fill on the outlet in the first revision. There are no changes in impacts, just
clarification of the impacts in the drawings.
