We received final approval from USACE for the Honeycutt Landing project (DWR#15-0813 v2).We were under the
impression that mitigation would be required for the stream impacts. But the USACE did not end up requiring mitigation
in the end. l am very sorry to add another thing to your plate, but we will need to 401 updated as well following this
decision.Also,the owner has asked that we update the address on the permit application to 1401 Aversboro Rd Ste
206,Garner, NC 27529.
