Attached is a bridge replacement project (230118) over Gum Swamp along SR 1317 in
Columbus County. The project proposes <0.01 acre of temporary wetland impact (hand
clearing) . With the limited impacts proposed for the project, I am requesting
concurrence that the project is consistent with NWP#3 and WQC 4085.
