Subject: Martin SR 1337 Ray Turner Road Pipe Replacement Courtesy Notification

This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Martin County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to Conoho
Creek, Stream Index No. 23-49-(0.5), Roanoke River Basin.

Existing 49" X 33" X 45' CMP will be replaced by a 48" X 50' CAP at N 35.9754° W
77.2795°.
