I just got this loss report (below) this morning from the project inspector. I have already
visited the site. The amount of loss looks to be less than 1/2 of a cubic yard. There is
very little flow in this area (swamp) so the sediment will remain in place until the water
level drops and we can safely remove it without creating a plume. The contractor was
told to remove the sediment from the section of silt fence that was full immediately.

Good Morning Art, I wanted to send you some pictures in reference to the project I am
working on in Scotland County on Mclntosh Road (DH00219). This morning as I began
an inspection of the site I discovered two differetn locations where erosion occurred
and left the limits of the erosion control measures. I believe that we have enough
material in the wetlands to self report the erosion that evidently occurred last night
during a heavy thunderstorm that passed through the area. There is 8 tenths of an inch
on the rain gauge this morning. I will also give you a call this morning and please let me
know if you need anything else.
