potential effects.

Date of field visit: Jan. 11, 2015
Description of review activities, results, and conclusions:
On November 20, 2014 a search of NC HPOWEB GIS Service rnap revealed there are no existing
NR, LD, DE, SL, or SS properties in the Area of Potential Effects (APE). Rowan County ConnectGIS
website revealed a c. 1900 northwest of the bridge. An Architectural Historian conducted an eligibility
evaluation of that property (known as the Daniel and Liza Lipe Hous�RW 1896) and determined that
the house does not retain sufficient integrity or signifcance to be eligible for National Register
listing. The report was submitted to NC-HPO for their review and a letter dated March 20, 2015
they concurred with the finding. No historic properties will be affected by this project.

(RW1896) is not eligible for listing in the National Register due to alterations and additions, and it is not
associated with historically important individuals.
